How do I add voice mail to my cellular service?
The voice mail feature is provided by your cellular service provider. Please check with your service provider to make sure that your phone and rate plan support this feature. They will also give you the numeric codes to activate and access your voice mail.

Can I keep my wireless phone number if I replace my current phone?
Your current wireless service provider can usually honor this request. Contact them for details.

Why are the phones in Europe not available in the United States?
They have a different communication technology between the Europe and the United States.

GSM is the standard technology in Europe and most other international countries; therefore, all models that are released in Europe are GSM models. In the United States, there are four different network technologies:

  • AMPS
  • CDMA
  • TDMA
  • GSM
As a result, there is no standard technology that will facilitate the release of all models sold in Europe.

I found a phone. What steps should I take to return it to it's owner?
If the phone is working, please dial *611 and press the send key to reach the service provider's customer service department. The cellular service provider can determine the rightful owner by tracking the phone's Electronic Serial (ESN). If you are unable to place a call, you may return the phone to a Police Station as they normally keep a record of phones that have been reported lost

What is the warranty on my phone?
There is a one year limited warranty on your phone. For more warranty information, please go to the warranty section to view the warranty card.
