The voice mail feature is provided by your cellular service provider. Please check with your service provider to make sure that your phone and rate plan support this feature. They will also give you the numeric codes to activate and access your voice mail.

The cellular service provider can determine the rightful owner by tracking the phone's Electronic Serial (ESN).
